Hire Only - Anna Midi & Tea Rehearsal Skirts

These Anna Rehearsal skirts are ready to post within a few days of placing your order for hire purposes of 2 weeks. Please allow a full week for your order to be posted and arrive (longer if choosing second class). If you need a skirt for a longer period of time, please get in touch. Please read the description of each item below to ensure the skirt will fit the dancer and your requirements. Please note a refundable deposit is required before posting so please get in touch for payment details.

Full Terms & Conditions of hire is at the very bottom of this text. This includes a deposit which is payable via BACS and is refunded upon receipt of the skirt in the condition it arrived to you. Costs to repair rather than replace will be deducted but full communication will happen beforehand. 
 
MIDI LENGTH
 
Single Circle: Lilac Plain Chiffon pull on midi length skirt finished with a matching thin Foldover waistband, The waist size is 20” but stretches to 28”. This skirt is approximately 21.5” long.

Double Circle: Wine Cationic Chiffon pull on midi skirt with a 18” waist stretching to 26” with a matching Foldover waistband. This skirt is 24" long.

TEA LENGTH;
Single Circle: Mint Green Plain pull on Tea length Hi-Lo skirt with matching 10mm waistband. The waist is 25” but stretches to 36”. The front of the skirt is 24” long and the back is 29” long.

Single Circle: Light Blue Plain pull on Tea length skirt with matching 10mm waistband. The waist is 20” but stretches to 28” and is 26” long. 
Double Circle: Refundable deposit £15 
Single Circle: Lemon Plain pull on Tea length skirt with matching 10mm waistband. The waist is 22” but stretches to 35” and is 28” long.

Single Circle: Gold Cationic pull on Tea length skirt finished with a gold 15mm waistband. The waist is 22” but stretches to 36” and is 29” long.

Double Circle: Lilac Plain Chiffon pull on Tea length skirt with lilac 10mm waistband. The waist is 19” but stretches to 26” and is 26.5” long.

Double Circle: Copen Cationic Chiffon pull on Tea length skirt with 19” waist stretching to 28” with a matching thin waistband. This skirt is 27" long.

Double Circle: Red Plain Chiffon pull on Tea length skirt with red 20mm waistband. The waist is 20” but stretches to 34” and is 28” long.

HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HIRER: The person placing this order 
OWNER: Muscat Dance Designs 
1. The HIRER shall keep and maintain the hired skirt(s) in a good condition for the duration of the hire period, which includes postage to/from the OWNER.
2. The HIRER shall pay the OWNER a refundable deposit which is returned in full by the OWNER to the HIRER upon receipt of the skirt(s) being in the same condition as it was at the time of the hire. Full video footage will be taken before the skirt(s) is posted as evidence. The whole deposit of part of it will not be refunded as compensation for any replacement and/or repair to damaged skirt(s). 
3. The skirt(s) shall be posted by the HIRER to the OWNER at the HIRER’s risk, cost and expense. If the skirt(s) is not returned in the period agreed of two weeks, a daily hire rate is charged by OWNER of £1 per day which is deducted from the deposit. 
4. No allowance will be made for any hired skirt or portion thereof which is claimed not to have been used. Acceptance of returned skirt(s) by OWNER does not constitute a waiver of any of the rights OWNER has under the hire agreement.
5. The OWNER may terminate this agreement immediately upon the failure of the HIRER to make the deposit payment.
6. The HIRER cannot hire or lend this skirt(s) to another person, company or sole trader or knowingly allow another person to hire or lend this skirt(s) to another person, company or sole trader and if so, will not have the deposit returned. 
7.  The HIRER shall pay all reasonable legal and other fees, the expenses and costs incurred by OWNER in protection of its rights under this rental agreement and for any action taken against OWNER to collect any amounts due to the OWNER under this rental agreement.
8.  These terms are accepted by the HIRER upon delivery of the terms to the HIRER or the agent or other representative of HIRER.
9.  Deposit costs are calculated based on the difference between hire costs and purchase price of the style of skirt you hire.
Placing and paying for this skirt(s) is acceptance that I have read and agree to Muscat Dance Designs hire terms and conditions as above.
