Care Instructions

Due to the delicate fabric used in our skirts, they are best washed by hand and then lay them out flat to dry. If you find your skirt attracts static, use a little fabric conditioner as this really helps. 

Shipping

If the skirt you have ordered is ready to post, we aim to post this within two weeks of placing the order by Royal Mail post. However, if we do not have one already made, and the fabric is in stock we will hand-make and post your skirt within three weeks of receiving your order/payment. Please note we do not stock all fabrics in every colour so if this has to be ordered in, this can add additional time onto making your skirt. It's always worth checking if your order is urgent.

We will advise as soon as possible if the fabric is out of stock.

If you need anything in a hurry, just let us know. We aim to be as helpful as possible.

All orders will be sent by Royal Mail and will be delivered to you in accordance with their guidelines on the method you choose (2nd, 1st Signed or Next Day). Next Day Special Delivery is available but please check that we are able to post the following day before choosing this option as we only post three times per week. Overseas delivery is now available through Royal Mail also. Please note 2nd class is the last priority for Royal Mail so can take up to 2 weeks. Also, replacements on lost orders is only available with tracked delivery (First Signed or Next day).

Refunds, Exchange & Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your handmade purchase. If by any chance you are unhappy, please do get in touch to discuss the problem. If there is a genuine fault with the product, we can replace it where fabric availability allows. Otherwise we will offer an exchange.

We do not however offer a refund/exchange due to the item not fitting, change of mind/colour difference or untracked postage. If you are unsure what size to order, please contact us first to discuss as fabrics vary in size and stretch.
